“Deep inside all of us, we are all Mad Hatter Monkeys swinging around in a Wonderland, trying to find our way.”

When Alice falls down the Rabbit Hole, she first needs to get acquainted with her surroundings, figure out how everything works, and follow the creatures and people who knows what is going on before she can operate on her own and have the confidence to discover thing on her own.
This is the same with the generation living in the 21st century and all the new technology discovered and that’s introduced to us. Without the skills to operate technology, the things we create are pretty useless. It takes time to get to know new creations and requires skills to know how to use it. we start off getting to know the new discovery, then we try to figure it out by using the manual and afterwards we learn other uses through the people we know who also use the same technological discoveries.
Skills required to operate media / technology literacy skills and it means to be literate in the 21st century goes hand in hand. It means to be able to know what is – and how to operate, do or work with:
·         a computer or laptop
·         the internet,
·         communicate via technology but also have human of live communication skills
·         reading knowledge
·         world knowledge
·         writing skills
·         creativity
·         etc.
We need to explore the new world that is introduced to us on a daily basis. When we fall behind it is hard to catch up. Read, communicate, write things, use your creativity and expand your knowledge to get acquainted with the world around you.
